I always get a kick out of watching Jack’s old black and white videos on health and wellness. Interesting to note that so much of what he taught still holds true to this day.
Lately, I have been in front of the computer more than my fair share.
Which means that there have been many times when I find myself getting up and giving myself a face rub and doing all sorts of facial contortions to get out of what I call “Computer Face”.
You know what I’m talking about, that blank expressionless face that gets blasted by computer light for hours on end.
Well, interesting to note that a lot of what I have been doing is actually a part of what good ole’ Jack calls his Face Workout.
