		<description>Shawn, I really enjoyed the information on olives and the list on raw foods. I had no idea that green olives are unripe olives? I also am surprised about the peppercorns in papaya&#039;s! I will def never scoop them out again. I have been using more coconut oil. I stopped cooking with Olive Oil but still use on salad dressing. Thanks again for your blogs. So informative! Keep em coming. 
PS Have you blogged about &quot;soaking nuts&quot; Why do some people soak them?</description>

This is a typical &quot;conditioning&quot; effect. Many of the things we do, say and eat are usally related to a  &quot;learned habit&quot;. When presented with good information like this, it is easier to question those habits.
