I was just told I had a degenerative disease and now they want to operate and put me on medication

Have you or anyone you know ever said or been told that?

Chances are that you can answer that yes, and most likely you may have heard it more than once.

You see, at our current rate of declining nutrition in our foods, the rise in our toxic exposure to chemicals and the burden it puts on us with the accumulation, the rise in our bouts of stress in 21st century living and the increase of electro-pollution with all this new wireless technology, its only a matter of time until that will be told to you and those you love and care about.

With the statistics saying that 1 out of 3 people will get cancer, 1 out of 2 has an auto-immune disease and that number is rising everyday, 2 out of 3 people are overweight with 1 out of 5 classified as clinically obese and 3 out of 4 people already having a degenerative disease, it’s only a matter of time until that hits home if it hasn’t already.

Unless……

You make a DECISION Right Now!

Not next week or next month or next year, that may be too late.

Disease doesn’t happen overnight, it compounds over time.

Well guess what… So does health and wellness.

I’m talking about right now, making a decision to be conscious about and to work on living a life and path of Wellness.

What does that mean?

It means choosing to be Proactive in the pursuit of a Healthy Lifestyle.

It means learning about wellness and implementing healthy activities now.

It means learning more about how your physical body functions and what it requires to function normally and properly.

It means choosing natural modes of healing and cleansing and eating.

It means taking responsibility for how your life turns out and not slipping into this pathetic victim mentality where you cry why me when it’s you and your family that falls ill, when you chose to not do the simple daily things that would add up to Health and Wellness.

It means caring about your quality of life while it lasts.

It means stepping up to the plate and doing what it takes to live healthy.

It means doing the small daily things everyday that nourish, protect, restore, invigorate, cleanse, align, balance and bring health and life to your physical, mental, emotional body.

And you know what?

It’s only a few easy to do things that can make all the difference.

But you know what they say, if it’s easy to do….. It’s also easy not to do.

When you add up all the numbers from the statistics above it adds up to about 97% of the population.  You see, not too many people actually die of old age or accidents when compared to disease and maltreatment and misuse of their number one asset, their body and their health.

So……

Are you gonna be another statistic?

Or are you finally ready to take control and learn and implement these simple steps that lead to a life of health, wellness and happiness?

Get the knowledge, apply it, live it.

Only you get to make the choices now that will determine how and where you end up.
