What do all these things have in common?

Have you ever looked at a list of symptoms you or someone you know has come down with and wondered what they may have in common?

As I’ve been compiling all of my data for the upcoming release of the wellness coaching program, I have come across so many lists that I couldn’t help myself from sharing this one with you.

This list was compiled from RX Prescription for Dietary Wellness.

Take a look and see if you can guess what all these things have in common before you finish reading.


Breathing Disorders, Quick Temper, Anxiety, Panic Attacks

Fluid Retention, Insomnia, Aching Joints, Depression, Fatigue

Colitis, Itchy or Watery Eyes, Frequent Colds, Flu, Infection

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Excessive Urination, Bladder Spasms

Diarrhea and/or Constipation, Food Allergies, Mouth Sores

Sore Muscles, Memory Loss, Crohn’s Disease, Arthritis

Gas/Bloating after meals

Reactions to:Chemicals, Fumes, Smoke, Perfume, Clothing, Cleaning Supplies


Now what could all these things possibly have in common?

Any guesses?

Are you currently dealing with any of these symptoms?

What if I told you that they all were problems associated with an Underactive Immune System?

That’s right, an underactive immune system.  Yet for every single one of these ailments you would be prescribed something totally different were you to go to the average doctor.

Now let me ask you, does it make more sense to treat the symptoms or get to the root cause which is your immune system?

To me it’s a rather simple answer, I support my immune system the best way I know how so I dont even have to think about these issues.
