As you may know, I have been creating volume 1 of my video cookbooks.

There have been a few recipes in which I was not intending to add, however I recorded nonetheless.

This recipe is one of those…

It’s more like an improv in the kitchen and thought it would be fun to put up here.

Veggie Fried Rice

Ingredients

Brown or Wild Rice, cooked
Garlic, minced
Onion, diced
Celery, diced
1/2 cup Peas
Tofu, cubed
3-5 Shitake Mushrooms, sliced
Arame Seaweed, soaked
Small Bunch Cilantro, chopped
Olive Oil
Sesame Oil
Oregano
Thyme
Cayenne Pepper
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
Cumin
Turmeric

Some good things about the meal

Brown Rice – Soothes the stomach, expels toxins; hypoallergenic; concentrated in B vitamins therefore beneficial to for the nervous system and helps relieve mental depression. A handful of raw brown rice thoroughly chewed, as the only food in the morning, helps to expel worms.

Celery – Improves digestion, purifies the blood, helps to control appetite, promotes sweating and much more…

Shitake Mushroom – Natural source of interferon, a protein which appears to induce an immune response against cancer and viral diseases. Used to help the body fight stomach and cervix cancers. Decreases both fat and cholesterol in the blood and helps discharge the excess residues of accumulated animal protein.

Onion – Resolve stagnant blood, reducing clotting. Expels coldness, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, cleanses the arteries and retards growth of viruses, yeasts, ferments, and other pathogenic organisms. The richest food in sulfur, helps purify the blood, remove heavy metals, parasites, and facilitates protein/amino acid metabolism.

Garlic – Promotes circulation and sweating, eliminates toxins from the body, removes abdominal obstructions, inhibits viruses and other microorganisms. Eliminates worms, unfavorable bacteria and yeast (candida albican). Anti-viral, Anti-bacterial, Anti-microbial. Contains glyconutrients.

Cumin – High in Iron, digestive aid, anti-cancerous, anti-tumor, aids liver detoxification.

Cayenne Pepper – Increases circulation, antifungal and antibacterial.

Thyme – Digestive, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, antibiotic, wound healer.

Oregano - Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral

Sea Salt – Good source of trace minerals and iodine.
