When I was heavily involved Blue Green Algae (which I still take), a lot of the consumers of the algae talked a lot about how modern farming is affecting people in so many ways. Lower nutritional value leads to an array of diseases and problems.
I don’t think people realize how important this is.
People figure that when they eat raw, they’re doing ok… the sad thing is that if their not eating nutrient dense food (organic food grown in nutrient dense soil), they may get full but not satisfied. And they are not getting the nutrition needed to live at optimum levels.
It’s scary when there is so much money involved with our health.
