I found &#039;The Daylight Diet&#039; book by Paul Nison very profound, about eating and sleeping cycles.  Dh and I are losing weight easily, digesting better, sleeping sounder.  So exciting!</description>

		<description>Thanks for posting this Shawn.  I know when I&#039;m not sleeping well, I need to take better care of my health, which I am currently doing.  One step at a time!  I found that what ignited this cycle of poor sleep for me was that I ran a 5k race at night...and I couldn&#039;t fall asleep...which started the cycle. Ugh!  But I know I&#039;ll break it soon.  At least I recognize it and I&#039;m willing to do something about it.

		<description>Your video was very helpful. I found myself identifying with many of the symptoms such as recently gasping for air and in a really tired state snoring. I have not slept well. Stress plays a huge role in my sleeping patterns. I will try some of your helpful hints and see what I can do to make my sleep better. Baths do help!! Thanks</description>
